Meeting Room Rental
As a service to Chamber members and the Fayette County business community, The Chamber Meeting Place (TCMP) and the 2022 Small Business of the Year Jason Hunter Design Chamber Café are available for rent by the hour for business meetings and business events. Chamber members receive a discounted rental rate.
Features:
- seats up to 92 people comfortably at tables
- seats up to 125 seated comfortably in auditorium-styled seating
- Note: the numbers above should be reduced by 50% to accommodate for COVID-19 precautions
- wide assortment of tables and chairs are available for any meeting configuration
- AV projection and sound system available
- Wi-Fi available
Jason Hunter Design Chamber Café has a kitchen which includes a:
- sink
- commercial ice maker
- refrigerator
- microwave
- commercial warming oven
- commercial coffee maker (Blue Donkey coffee included with rental; creamer must be supplied by renter)
- Keurig (must supply K-Cups)
Please have all guests park away from the Chamber building during operating business hours (handicap parking is not included) . The front row is reserve for Chamber business during business hours. Thank you for understanding.
For catering needs while renting the Chamber Meeting Place, we require the use of Chamber members for services. Please click here for the current list of member RESTAURANTS and CATERERS.
